Shane and Kellee had a beautiful wedding day on June 12 at the amazing Kapok in Clearwater. It was a wonderful day full of fun and emotion.

We used one of the chandeliers for the dress shot.

Believe it or not this is the women’s bathroom!

Kellee looked amazing and she can pull off the serious look or the yearbook smile!

We’ve known Shane for years and it was cool being part of his wedding.

The flower girl was adorable!

This was a unique moment where Shane and Kellee held hands and said a few words before the ceremony without seeing each other.

Above and below are moments that Abbie captured during the ceremony. Abbie is incredible at catching emotions!

It was a joy to be a part of their wedding because they are genuinely happy together.

I love this shot Abbie took while a guest used flash behind the couple.

We love night shots!

Here I shot through a rod iron door for a unique texture to the picture.

Shane and Kellee, your wedding was awesome and Abbie and I enjoyed capturing it!

Matt and Rebecca were married in May at Starkey Road Baptist Church. We were blessed to be a part of such a special day. They are the nicest Christian couple! I will never forget the groomsmens deep theological debate about the interpretation of scripture while getting ready. This is much different than the groomsmen talk than I am used to hearing. One special moment during the ceremony was a recorded duet they sang together played during the lighting of the candles.
I am thrilled with how their album turned out! They chose to do a “first look” and see each other before the ceremony. They, also, gave us a little time with them at a local park following their reception. This gave us plenty of time to create some amazing pictures which lead to amazing album spreads! My two favorite things about their album is the opening WOW page and the many panoramic spreads. The book is a 34 page 10×10 inch leatherbound album.

Abbie and I will be catching up on the blog this month and we thought we should start from our latest wedding and work our way back. We had the opportunity to photograph Gabor and Jessie’s wedding this weekend. They are the sweetest couple and it was a joy to spend the day with them. They got ready at the beautiful Vinoy.

The Floating Chapel is a unique and intimate place to have a ceremony.

Gabor waved Jessie in as she came down the isle with her father.

Jessie loves the St. Petersburg Art Museum tree and wanted pictures in it so they climbed it for us!

Gabor and Jessie were so wonderful and easy to work with.

Above I focused on the bubbles with the happy couple in the background. Below Abbie captures the fun loving couple enjoying the first dance.

The St. Petersburg Yacht club is a beautiful place for a reception.

Doug Decker from www.granthemond.com did a great job keeping the dance floor packed!

We love when we can have our couples for a few minutes at night for photographs with a different look and feel.

Gabor and Jessie, we were blessed to be a part of your wedding. The day was perfect! Your families and wedding party were great.
